Refund Policy

At Magical Healings (Noruche OPC Pvt. Ltd.), our commitment is to offer exceptional energy healing services to our clients. We understand that plans can change, leading to the need for cancellations. Here is our refund policy, designed to ensure fairness and satisfaction for both our esteemed clients and dedicated practitioners.

 

 Scheduling and Cancellations:

 

Advance Notice:** Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance to qualify for a full refund.

– **Partial Refunds:** Cancellations made between 24 to 48 hours before the scheduled session are subject to a 50% cancellation fee. The remainder will be refunded to the original payment method.

– **Short Notice:** Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will not be eligible for a refund due to the limited notice. Exceptions may apply in emergency situations, at the discretion of Magical Healings.

– **No-Shows:** Clients who do not show up for their appointment without any prior notice will be charged the full session fee, which is non-refundable.

 

#### Refund Process:

 

– To initiate a refund, please reach out to us at **work@magicalhealings.org** or **+91-9811631059**, providing your name, the date of the appointment, and the cancellation reason.

– **Refund Timing:** Refunds are processed within 7-14 business days following the confirmation of the cancellation request.

– **Method of Refund:** Refunds are issued back to the original payment method unless another method is agreed upon.

 

#### Rescheduling:

 

– Clients wishing to reschedule their appointment are encouraged to contact us as soon as possible. Availability for rescheduling is subject to our current booking calendar, and the same cancellation policy applies to the newly scheduled appointment.

 

#### Package Sessions:

 

– The cancellation policy applies equally to package session purchases. If a session is cancelled in accordance with our policy, it will be credited back to the client’s account for future use.

– Refunds for unutilized package sessions are available within 30 days of purchase, less the cost of any sessions already attended, and are subject to the outlined cancellation fees.

 

Exceptions:

 

– Life is unpredictable, and we will consider exceptions to our policy for situations such as illness, family emergencies, or other unforeseen circumstances on a case-by-case basis.
